She has been working with yoga, pranayama techniques and meditation for over 6 years and is currently furthering her healing studies as a conscious breathwork facilitator. She has found profound healing with breathing and meditation. Patience and breath support her as an occupational therapist for children living with various challenges and disabilities. Staying calm, present and consciously connected to her breathing, help her to live and share with others some of these secrets and tips to living more mindfully and connected in a busy disconnected society.
